Events in the ara glatt in Zurich
Until the turn of the millennium, the ara glatt still functioned as a sewage treatment plant and supplied the entire area north of Zurich with clean water. In the meantime, the building has been converted into an extraordinary event location for private and business occasions. Variously sized rooms and the still preserved industrial charm ensure that seminars, workshops, meetings and presentations are just as successful here as informal get-togethers or even birthday parties.
One venue, 1,000 possibilities
The ambience can be adapted according to your ideas and the type of event. Whether stylish, refined or casual and cosy - everything is possible, indoor and outdoor!
For smaller groups, the conference room with its own terrace or the garden foyer with its magnificent view of the countryside are particularly suitable. The computer room is also designed for a small number of participants who have a personal training experience. Up to 40 people can take part in a summer aperitif in the pavilion and the well-equipped laboratory is predestined for small meetings. Depending on the seating variant, the two two-storey silos, each with its own gallery, can accommodate between 12 and 30 people.
It is somewhat more spacious in the command rooms 1 and 2, which are suitable for up to 80 guests and provide plenty of space for thinking and developing. For an aperitif or a coffee break the 100 m² lobby invites you. It is flooded with pleasant daylight. The Park Hall rounds off the offer on a generous 158 m². It can accommodate around 120 people with a standing snack, in summer the terrace is also included.
The rooms can be combined with each other on request.
Of course you can choose from a wide range of equipment, such as a beamer with screen, music system and flipchart, which varies from room to room. The WLAN in the house is free of charge. The kitchen crew will spoil you with culinary delights and individual menus accompanied by good wines.
